Levadia (Sis) Louise Barga, age 86, of Versailles, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 10:20 PM at the Versailles Health Care Center, Versailles, Ohio. She was born on September 19, 1930 in Dunkirk, Indiana, to the late George & Anna (Tieben) Speelman.
She is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Larry & Bonnie Barga; Tim & Sharon Barga; and Joe Barga all of Versailles; daughter and son in law, Margaret & Danny Beam of Ansonia, Ohio; 8 grandchildren; Traci (Jason) Anthony; Corrie (Brian) Holthaus; Tyler Barga and fiancé Heather Brooks;...

Levadia (Sis) Louise Barga, age 86, of Versailles, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 10:20 PM at the Versailles Health Care Center, Versailles, Ohio. She was born on September 19, 1930 in Dunkirk, Indiana, to the late George & Anna (Tieben) Speelman.
She is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Larry & Bonnie Barga; Tim & Sharon Barga; and Joe Barga all of Versailles; daughter and son in law, Margaret & Danny Beam of Ansonia, Ohio; 8 grandchildren; Traci (Jason) Anthony; Corrie (Brian) Holthaus; Tyler Barga and fiancé Heather Brooks; Lora (Doug) Miller; Jessie Barga; Kyle (Sarah) Barga; Shanan Barga; Adam (Katie) Barga. 11 great grandchildren Connor, Caroline, Carmen, Hank, Allie, Jac, Brody, Beau, Charlee, Cailin, Damon, Aliece, Adelle and 2 step great grandchildren; Carson and Aliyah; brother and sister in law, Gene (Marge) Speelman of Minster, Ohio; sister & brother in law, Thelma (Jim) Henman of Sidney, Ohio; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband John and her brother and sister in law, George & Irene Speelman.
Levadia is a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Frenchtown, Ohio, and worked at Van Leer Container in Greenville for 16 years. She loved sports and hunting and her family.
There will be no service. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, Ohio.
It is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions may be given to Shriner's Burn Hospital in Cincinnati.
